New Client: The Assistive Technology Research (ATR) Division of Wheelchair International

Digital Active will produce a web-based application using our ActiveOffice foundation, to track and manage research materials. The collaborators will be a global group working in Tanzania, Cambodia, Vietnam, Columbia, South Africa and within the U.S. on the Navajo nation. ATR's work involves finding and creating technologies to help developing countries produce assistive resources (e.g., wheelchairs) from resources that are easily accessible. This means helping local providers develop devices that can be easily built and serviced with materials that are available locally. ATR is doing fantastic work and Digital Active is proud to welcome the group as a new client. |
