The application gives the staff the ability to change drop-down menus and manage categories, offering viewers the information that might eliminate the need for a contact. When contact forms are submitted email alerts notify the assigned staff and the interaction between the customer service person and the viewer is tracked. A knowledge base of responses is used, and can be edited up-to-the-minute. The tool has proven to be a time-saver and has resulted in greater customer service for SPEED viewers.
