StartUp Weekend arrived in Lansing for a weekend of tech-driven competition from April 8-10. The weekend brought together software developers, graphics designers and business people to the East Lansing Technology Innovation Center (TIC) to create web and/or mobile applications and form a business out of the idea. The weekend was a roaring success, bringing in nearly 50 guests and 8 teams. Connections were made, partnerships were formed, and some of the projects that came to fruition at the event are continuing on to see if the business will succeed.
